ANNUAL VENDOR PARTNER PROGRAMS
Many Members view ICBA’s vendor programs as one of the more tangible benefits of Membership. On average, ICBA Members save nearly 9.8% on aggregated purchases from our partners. Each ICBA Member receives an annual statement of purchases and estimated savings for each program in which it has participated.
The ICBA process in vetting vendors helps enhance the relationship between what is ultimately a direct store-to-vendor connection. The ICBA team works with vendors to set the groundwork in establishing expectations. Members meet with, order, take receipt, pay, and work directly with the vendor.
Vendors are vetted on a variety of factors as part of the partnership process, including:

- Marketing assistance, point-of-purchase displays, in-store signage
- Country of Origin
- Code of Conduct / Factory Disclosure
- Local sales representation
- Availability of the program to Canadian stores
