Since 1927, the Independent College Bookstore Association (ICBA) has been focused exclusively on serving institutionally-affiliated, self-operated college store Members.

Our mission is to support the independent operation of a college store, which is the most effective way to serve campus stakeholders. We provide value through Education, Networking, and Vendor Partner Programs.

Industry-leading professional development education is one of the cornerstones of ICBA. ICBA Webinars, Institutes, Online Institutes, and annual Conference promote industry best practices and professional development opportunities that lead to greater operational innovation and success

At ICBA, our greatest asset is our Members, and that's why we put a strong emphasis on networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities. Throughout the year, ICBA facilitates opportunities for Members to come together and discuss the pressing topics of the day.

ICBA develops relationships and negotiates agreements with manufacturers, distributors, publishers, and service providers for products and services at prices and terms that would not otherwise be available. We feature Vendors from a wide assortment of categories, including Apparel, Gifts, Technology, Course Materials, Operations, and Supplies.
