Supports successful delivery of the marketing & communications strategy for The University Stores, providing communication consultation to internal departments; responsible for analysis of communication metrics. Develops & implements marketing/social media calendar/promotions. Responsible for event execution: author signings, Apple marketing campaigns, off-site pop-ups, sporting events, various partnership events, open houses, commencement, etc., & increases brand awareness. Updates store website, ensuring all items are represented & content is current, & manages online coupons/promos & timely processing of web orders; creates/maintains product images, secondary lifestyle images, special featured items displayed on homepage, consistent product descriptions, & corresponding sku numbers. Assesses abandoned cart percentages, mobile compatibility, ADA compliance, & customer feedback. Develops print/digital publications, content, & promo materials.
