ICBA Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) webinars & networking discussions provide a forum for Members to share store and campus initiatives, discuss important topics and issues, and inspire one another to promote diversity and anti-racism in college retail. Discussions build on the constant flow of ideas and encourage open conversation.Â
