The ICBA Savings Report highlights the specific value Members are receiving from ICBA Vendor Programs. ICBA’s Annual Vendor Partners provide us with activity reports (net purchases) for each ICBA Member during the calendar year. These reports comprise the savings reports we distribute to Members in May/June.

ICBA calculates savings based on the difference between a vendor's "regular" prices/terms vs those offered to ICBA Members. For example, if a vendor offers a 5% discount to ICBA Members, and net purchases were $9,500, the ICBA savings for that store from that vendor would be $500 on gross purchases of $10,000.

The ICBA Savings Report is divided into five sections:

SECTION 1: Estimated Savings from Vendors Offering Year-round Programs

This table shows purchases from ICBA Vendors with whom we can estimate a quantifiable benefit.

SECTION 2: Additional Purchases Resulting in Benefits

This table shows purchases from additional ICBA Vendors whose program benefits are not calculated to a specific dollar amount. However, these vendors offer other valuable qualifiable benefits/savings as shown.

SECTION 3: PartnerShip Freight Activity

PartnerShip freight costs are not added into your total ICBA Savings calculation.

SECTION 4: Additional ICBA Preferred Vendor Savings Opportunities

This section lists ICBA Vendor Partners who did not report sales specifically for your store. The vendors are listed with the specific benefits they offer to ICBA Members to give you consideration for future additional savings opportunities.

SECTION 5: Additional ICBA Preferred Vendor Programs – No Report for 2021

This section lists ICBA Vendor Partners who did not submit a sales report or participation information for the 2021 program year.
