The Independent College Stores Report serves annually as an up-to-date snapshot of the independent college store channel that reflects trends shaping our businesses and offers comparative data you can use to measure your progress and set benchmarks for key performance indicators. ICBA and LSG will host a “Why?” and “How?” tutorial webinar to show you how to effectively and efficiently participate in the ICSR Survey, and how to use the results!
This will include top tips from different store system users on how best to complete the ICSR and how you can use the data. The presenter panel includes users of the Prism, MBS, and NetSuite systems.
