Jade is the Senior Vice President, Global Engagement and Operations for Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). In her role, Jade is responsible for developing and executing SNHU’s international expansion plans.

A digitally fluent education leader, Jade built unparalleled expertise in collegiate retailing, educational publishing and technology from the ground up at Barnes & Noble Education a fortune 500, nationally branded retailer.  As Chief Product Officer and Vice President, Books and Digital Strategy, Jade led multidisciplinary product development, business strategy and policy. Jade was directly responsible for a multi-billion dollar educational and consumer learning business as well as developing the company's digital strategy (including directly managing product, UI/UX, business development, marketing, content and acquisition.)  In addition, Jade actively built 200+ key relationships with academic and trade book publishers, partner colleges and universities and negotiated industry leading digital content and product contracts with the world’s largest educational publishers.

In 2015, Jade joined Sagence Learning as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Content, developing new technology offerings for colleges and universities to enable them to offer flexible and measureable educational experiences centered on the needs of students. She was appointed CEO in February 2016 and successfully sold the company to Brandman University in the spring of 2017.  Jade then joined Higher Ed Partners and, as COO, was responsible for the company’s international operations in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Morocco and Canada.

Jade frequently speaks at national industry events on the transformation of higher education. She has served on the Advisory Board of Penn State’s World Campus, as a Trustee for the National Association of College Stores, and is an advisor to LRNR, an adaptive learning platform, and Bright Hill Press, a nonprofit literary organization that focuses on arts education.  Jade has a BA from Bennington College and studied at the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
