Annual Vendor Partner Forms

The Independent College Bookstore Association invites vendors to submit proposals and price quotations for the 2018 ICBA Vendor Partner Programs.

Your complete proposal must include the following ICBA forms:

In addition to the ICBA forms, the following documents describing your offer that you create should be included with your proposal, where applicable (detailed in the Terms & Conditions Profile form):

  • Products/Price Proposals or Service Proposals
  • "About Your Company and Offer" introduction document
  • Show Special (available to PLUS level partners - see AVP Fee Agreement)
  • ICBA Advance Commitment Programs (call for additional details)
  • Sales Representation Contact List
  • Company logo, product photos, sell sheets, catalogs, etc.
  • Marketing aids: fixtures, displays, point-of-purchase marketing, etc.
  • Retailer and consumer promotions
  • Trend Chat recommendations (available to PLUS level partners - see AVP Agreement)
  • Code of Conduct, Workers' Rights or Environmental Policies documentation

Proposal deadline: January 5, 2018 
The ICBA AVP program year is February 2018 - January 2019. Proposals must be received by January 5, 2018. However, ICBA may consider your proposal year-round at pro-rated rates.
